Oh no—we’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition! If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll make it right.  

Please start by submitting a claim through our Self‑Service Returns Portal. You’ll be guided step‑by‑step to upload photos, describe the issue, and choose whether you prefer a replacement or refund.  

We accept warranty claims for manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery. Qualifying defects include damaged or delaminated PUL, broken or missing snaps, faulty stitching or elastics, or visible fabric flaws. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method right away. Review our full returns policy.

If damage occurred during shipping and you opted into Loop Checkout+ insurance, you can also file a Loop claim directly for the fastest resolution. Orders without Loop Checkout+ protection will need to file a claim through the shipping carrier.
