In the event of a defective item we will replace the item if possible or accept returns for full refund of the item price, excluding shipping, within 30 days. Applicable defects include: damaged PUL, stitching, seams, elastics, snaps or fabric.
- The warranty period ends 30 days after the products have been delivered. If you are purchasing for a baby that is not yet born, please inspect the items carefully upon delivery.
- This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and does not cover issues such as leaking, odor, fit, fading, staining, normal wear and tear, or defects resulting from misuse or improper washing.
