My package is marked delivered, but I can't find itUpdated 13 days ago
Sometimes USPS packages are marked as delivered before they've actually been dropped off. We recommend first checking with your local post office—they’ll be able to help locate your package and provide the most accurate information.
Here’s what the USPS website says about confirmed delivery updates:
We apologize if you have not received your item as indicated. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
• The carrier may have placed it in a safer location—please check your mailbox, porch, garage, exterior doors, or any protected areas.
• Check again in your mailbox, as some items ship separately from regular mail.
• Confirm with anyone in your household who might have accepted it.
• In rare cases, a package may show as “delivered” but could take an additional 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours, you can request a service follow-up with your local Post Office™.
If your package doesn’t arrive within 2–3 business days after the “delivered” status, and you opted into shipping insurance, you can file a claim in our self service returns portal »
Orders that did not include Loop Checkout+ shipping insurance are not eligible for reshipment or replacement through Kinder. In those cases, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
