My package is marked delivered, but I can't find itUpdated 8 months ago

Sometimes USPS packages are marked delivered before they've actually been dropped off. We typically recommend that you try contacting your local post office, as they we be able to better assist you in locating your package.

Here is what the USPS website says about confirmed delivery updates:

We apologize if you have not received your item as indicated. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

  • Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check: Mailbox, Porch, Garage, Any area out of potential weather hazards, Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
  • Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
  • Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.In rare cases, a package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours. If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, to save time a  service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.

If your package does not arrive in the next 2-3 business days, a Route insurance claim may be filed via this link: https://claims.route.com/

Orders that do not contain Route shipping insurance are not eligible for reshipment of lost or stolen packages through Kinder.
