How long will it take to get my order?Updated 14 days ago

We know you’re excited to receive your order (and we’re just as excited to send it your way)! All orders are fulfilled in our Pittsburgh warehouse and usually ship within 3 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within about a week.  

International and overseas deliveries can take a bit longer—typically between 7–30 days, depending on the destination and customs processing. You’ll receive tracking details in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your package’s journey.  

Please note that orders with free shipping are sent via economy service, which may require slightly longer transit times. If you’re hoping to receive your order sooner, you can always select an upgraded shipping option at checkout for faster delivery.
