We've partnered with Route shipping insurance to offer our customers the simplest and fastest mail claims process possible.
- Head over to Route's claim page: https://claims.route.com
- Click on "File a Claim"
- Enter your order number and the email you used when placing the order
- Follow the prompts to provide details about your package
- Submit your claim
Once you've done that, Route will review your claim and get back to you, usually within 1-2 business days. They might ask for some additional info, so keep an eye on your email.
Removed Route shipping insurance from your order at checkout? You will need to file an insurance claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your shipment. Kinder orders that do not include Route shipping insurance are not eligible for replacement or reshipment by Kinder.
