We’ve partnered with Loop Checkout+ shipping insurance to make mail claims quick and easy for customers who opt into shipping insurance at checkout.
To file a claim:
- Head over to our self service claims portal »
- Enter your order number and the shipping zip code used at checkout.
- Follow the prompts to share details about your shipment.
- Submit your claim for review.
Once submitted, Loop will review your claim and typically respond within 1–2 business days. They may reach out for additional information, so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox.
If you did not add Loop Checkout+ shipping insurance at checkout, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the carrier responsible for delivery. Lost, stolen or damaged orders without Loop shipping insurance are not eligible for replacement or reshipment through Kinder.
