We understand that gifts don’t always go as planned—exceptions are made for new and unused items received as baby shower gifts. Approved gift returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit.

Approved gift exchanges must meet the same hygiene standards and will be processed after inspection. Depending on your preference, you can choose store credit or an exchange for an item of equal value.

To start a gift return use the in app chat, select start a return and select the gift return option when prompted.
