What happens if my package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address?

Kinder ships to the exact address provided at checkout. We encourage customers to double-check their shipping information before completing checkout to prevent delays, as Kinder Cloth Diaper Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may:

• Reship the order (for an additional shipping fee), or
• Receive a refund minus original shipping costs.

If an order is delivered to the address provided at checkout, it is considered fulfilled. Address entry errors are not covered under our package protection, so customers aren't eligible for reshipment or refund in these cases, our $6.95 package protection fee covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, not orders misdirected due to incorrect address information entered at checkout.
