At Kinder Cloth Diaper Co., your baby’s health and safety always come first. Because our cloth diapers and personal care items come into close contact with your little one’s skin, we’re unable to accept returns on these products unless there’s a verified manufacturing defect. This helps ensure that every item you receive is fresh, clean, and safe for your baby.
If your order shipped within the United States and you received a defective or damaged item, you can request a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery under our warranty policy. Qualifying defects include delaminated PUL, broken snaps, faulty stitching or elastics, or fabric flaws. To start a claim, visit our Self‑Service Returns Portal and follow the prompts to upload photos and select your preferred resolution.

We do make exceptions for gifts. If you received a Kinder product as a baby shower gift and it’s new, unused, and unwashed, you may request an exchange or store credit through our Self‑Service Returns Portal.
